  Our driver had a small accident with a box trailer coming through Grafton so stopped at Grafton Trailer Hire to have it assessed and hopefully repaired. Initially he received a verbal quote of "around $100" to have it sorted so I called for a firm price before giving them the OK to proceed. Now it was $450!

  If that was where it had ended I would have let it go but when we finally got the trailer back (mate of mine towed it back) we discovered that it was still in a terrible condition. We took it to our local trailer guys and they recon that we were lucky that it made it back, they had done such a shoddy job.
