    Went for the steak special and we enjoyed our meal, they had a lot of bookings so we sat in the beer garden,, they didn't have any heating there and it was a crisp winter evening. The special was for steak,chips and salad $9

    Great, cheap, clean, comfortable accommodation with renovated bathrooms and a nice bistro down stairs. Great for an overnight kip to break up a road trip.

    For $21, received a chicken parmy that was burned with stale cold chips. Disappointing, assume the same lack of care goes into their other meals.

    I arrived late. Locals all in for a beer and chowder, staff were busy, barman very busy but still had time to book me a cheap backpacker room, bathroom very nicely renovated and kitchen same, both nice and clean . Meal was very nice, even accomodated my 3 wheel trike under cover all for $30 , beds clean and comfy, thats value
